✨ Hey Beautiful! It is an honor and a joy to practice with you! My name is Sasha, and I'm the pathway to healing the mind, nourishing the body, and renewing the soul. As someone who has walked through darkness, and found the light again, my passion is to create nurturing, safe spaces filled with compassion, healing energy, and a true release of everything we carry, to find peace and nourish our souls. We come back home to our purest selves! My background is in 20+ years of dance, biology, anatomy, cultural studies, and nervous system regulation! In my classes, you’ll find healing through extended pranayama, somatic release, self~healing reiki, fluidity in movements, and impactful messages & lessons. My primary focus will always be in mental health, trauma healing, somatic tools, ease of movement & making space for stillness & peace, so we may live a more fulfilled life off of our mats!
